Fixed blanks and empty missing dependency info in /var/log/missing/ files.
Added parallel installation so that an upgrade of a library won't affect
an older application needing an older library.

proprietary ATI drivers:
libGL.so.1.2 not found (trace)
You may see this if you are running the proprietary ATI drivers.
ATI drivers replace the original libGL shipped with the mesa package and
rename it. Ignore it.
