webcam microsoft vx-3000 e slackware 13.1

salve come da oggetto chiedo aiuto per la suddetta webcam ho seguito la guida per slackware 12.1 al link:

ma seppure con wxcam riesco a vedermi (ma non registro l'audio però) su skype non riesco a effettuare videochiamate.
vi posto i log dei comandi tail /var/log/messages

senza risultato
credo comunque che dipenda dall'errato riconoscimento visto che mi da l'errore del bandwidth not wide enough - trying again
