Win Modem Lucent

Salve ragazzi come da titolo ho il seguente win modem,lanciando il comando lspci -v ho il seguente output :

Allora ho scaricato i driver versione ltmodem-8.31b1 ed ho provato a compilarli sulla mia macchina con installato il kernel 2.6.15.3,però ricevo il suo errore quando deve compilare il modulo appropriato :

Qualcuno sa darmi una mano???
P.S. gli stessi driver l'avevo compilato su di un kernel 2.6.13 seguendo gli stessi passaggi e senza avere nessun problema!!!!!
