Eagle as NVidia

Tempo fa , non so a quale versione di software, avevo installato Eagle, il cad per lo sbroglio di circuiti elettronici; ebbene, ricordo che tutto funzionava.
In questi giorni ho nuovamente installato tale software all'ultima versione disponibile ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/eagle/program/4.16 ... 4.16r1.tgz
Tutto funzionante ma...quando a selezionare un qualche componente dalle librerie per inserirlo nel piano di lavoro, tutto il sistema Linux va in blocco e l'unico rimedio è spegnere la macchina!!! Il tutto mi sembra alquanto strano tanto più che le oprazioni avvengono da normale utente.
Il mio sistema è La Slckware 10.2 utilizzato dalla cpu AMD64 Athlon, s.video Nvidia GeForce6600 e driver aggiornato http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linu ... 2-pkg1.run
Il blocco del sistema si evidenzia con un problema al monitor CRT, Samsun S.Master 913v, con migliaia di strisce colorate disposte orizzontalmente. Mi fa pensare che sia un problema di impostaziona grafica; voi che ne dite?
