Ragazzi ho lanciato ./configure per installare xmule, come scritto nel file INSTALL. ma a fine processo mi restituisce questo messaggio:

GuRpS ti ringrazio della dritta dei packages ma preferisco provare a compilare i prog anche perché la trovo una cosa più compleeta, comunque va a preferenze!!!

<BR>Ah un´altro dubbio, ho provato ad installare firefox, ma nn c´è nessun file configure o make, il fatto è che ho visto nella directory un file firefox l´ho lanciato e si è lanciato il prog. Che vuol dire? è una versione che nn va installata? <br>

<BR>In pratica non la installi nel sistema ma scompatti solo l´archivio e poi ti fai il tuo bel link....

allora un chiarimento, se faccio il link dove lo devo fare? sul desktop, oppure posso fare un link che mi fossa far scrivere "firefox" da shell per far partire il programma? se si come posso fare?

Per firefox grazie a GuRpS ho risolto, ma avrei ancora dei problemini con aMule(ho cambiato perché mi sono accorto che xmule è un progetto un pò lasciato a se stesso..) ho provato a lanciare "./configure && make && mainstall" ma dopo la compilazione mi da questi errori:
