aggiornamento thunderbird da slacky.eu: problemaccio!

ciao a tutti
ho aggiornato thunderbird alla vrs 2.0.0.12 scaricando il tgz dal sito con upgradepkg.
ora ne thunderbird ne firefox partono più e mi ritorna questo errore:

qualcuno mi aiuta?

/usr/lib/libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0 e' un link simbolico alla libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0.xxxx.x vera che fa parte del pacchetto gtk+2 (sono su current).
che versione di gtk+2 e che slack stai usando?

puo' darsi che tu abbia installato qualche pacchetto che ti ha messo pure una versione diversa della glib che va in conflitto con quella installata.
se l'ultima cosa che hai messo e' thunderbird prova a toglierlo, magari metti quello di
slackware-current
ma puo' darsi che il pacchetto sia un'altro.
dico cio' perche' avevo trovato questo su debian user:

A hint was found in other "bug" lists such as from ubuntu, etc. Duplicate
libglib's around. Mine was in $KDEDIR/lib. I move them out of the way
(hopefully KDE will still work--KDE apps should not be using this stuff,
usually referenced in gtk and pango apps).
I have previously had such stuff and requested that KDE builds not replace or
duplicate libs on the distro. I guess to little avail.
per vedere quale pacchetto e' puoi provare cosi'

Slackware 12.0 aggiornata con swaret
Slackware -current aggiornata con swaret
uso come riferimento primario
ftp.nluug.nl/pub/os/Linux/distr/slackware/...
non sempre aggiornato entro 24h, ma affidabile
premetto non uso thunderbird,
sempre e solo Seamonkey, 1.1.8 attualmente
per curiosita`, sulle due macchine provato:
thunderbird --version
ognuna Thunderbird 2.0.0.12
la 12.0 ha KDE 3.5.7, la -current KDE 3.5.9
entrambe partono benissimo thunderbird,
ed importano le files da SeaMonkey
problema nella copia di slacky.eu?
