problema avvio...

salve a tutti.
Sono nuovo e ho un problema
.
dopo aver provato tante distro sono passato a slackware 12.1 la quale s'installa perfettamente sul mio secondo Hd, mentre nell'altro risiede Winxp.
Però non appena faccio l'upgrade con swaret e riavvio ecco che cosa mi esce fuori
e non parte più slackware...
ho provato anche e2fsck ma nulla... (con ext2 come filesystem)
Qualcuno può aiutarmi?
