Ciao a tutti, dopo aver fatto una full installation di slackware 10.1 mi compare questo messaggio di errore all´avvio di Gnome:

<BR>"There was an error starting the GNOME Settings Daemon. Some things, such as themes, sounds, or background settings may not work correctly. The Settings Daemon restarted too many times."
<BR>
<BR>La Gnome funziona correttamente nella maggior parte delle sue funzionalità, il difetto più evidente è che le icone non vengono caricate.<br>

Prova a cambiare thema, forse hai impostato un tema che poi è stato rimosso<br>

Il problema si verifica con qualsiasi tema e non sono stati rimossi temi.<br>

E capitato anche a me,su due desktop e sul portatile,probabilmente e un bug!<br>

Ho creato un utente oltre all´utente root e ho notato che il problema è solo sull´utente root<br>
