lentezza vpn

Ciao a tutti,
ho fatto una vpn tra la mia sede di lavoro ed un nuovo ufficio. Ho usato nella sede remota una slack 10.2 con freeswan. Gli host si pingano con risposte accettabili, ma se si prova a scaricare un foglio word dal file server della sede principale a quella remota si fa tempo a bere 2 caffè.
So che i dati sono pochi ... se qualcuno ha un idea su qualche strumento per controllare o altro ben volentieri vi do le configurazioni i log o quello che serve.

Con vpn hardware (router cisco <-> router cisco) la situazione era che per passare anche 1 solo Mega facevi a tempo ad andare a prenderne più di due... mai capito perchè ma purtroppo non potevo metterci mani (senza commettere reato! :-P)

io ho da un lato ho ipsec-slack dall'altra un firewall sonicwall di nostra proprietà...non ti dico solo per fare la vpn che disastro.
comunque il ping fra gli hosts è di circa 101ms che direi vada bene...ma il resto....
