sto usando xfce col monitor settato a 1024x768 ad 85Hz , tramite il pannello dispaly preferences di xfce. se passo a fluxbox, il monitor va alla massima risoluzione, 1400 x 1050 a 60Hz..io vorrei portarlo alla risoluzione che uso con xfce, ma non so come fare: di certo una modifica a xorg.conf , ma come? vorrei che ogni wm usasse solo 1024x768 a 85Hz . se apro xorg.conf , alla voce screen leggo solo questo:

Modes 1024x768 lo devi inserire nella Depth che usi come default (in questo caso 16).
