Compilare kdebase

dato che non sono riuscito a trovare una versione di kdebase 3.5.5 decente con HAL abilitata ho deciso di compilarne una io .....solo che mi da questo errore
attualmente ho installato questi pacchetti di KDE http://rlworkman.net/pkgs/11.0/testing/kde-3.5.5/ e stò usando questi sorgenti di kde base : http://rlworkman.net/pkgs/sources/11.0/kde-3.5.5/ ....qualcuno sa dirmi come posso risolvere questo errore ???????(o almeno una versione di KDE base 3.5.5 con HAL abilitato FUNZIONANTE ???)checking for KDE... libraries /opt/kde/lib, headers /opt/kde/include

you need to install kdelibs first.
If you did install kdelibs, then the Qt version that is picked up by
this configure is not the same version you used to compile kdelibs.
The Qt Plugin installed by kdelibs is *ONLY* loadable if it is the
_same Qt version_, compiled with the _same compiler_ and the same Qt
configuration settings.
