A me funziona con kernel 2.6.26.6-smp
La gestione dei colori con la tua webcam non è ottimale. Io non sono riuscito a regolarli correttamente e nemmeno skype vede la web.. Ciao

there's no secret to this. kernel 2.6.27 is likely to be a bad joke on webcam issues . as new drivers are merged (GSPCA) many users notice that the latter don't work and, this is the funniest part of the joke, you can not compile external drivers anymore

... Michel Xhaard's gspca drivers are the illustration to what I've just said. My hardware is ok with the external module from <http://mxhaard.free.fr/spca5xx.html> but doesn't work with so-called gspca in-kernel moduleS.
Worse : now with 2.6.27, the external driver doesn't compile
I'd suggest is to stick with 2.6.26 so you can compile the external driver your hardware works with.
