Conflitto IRQ

Ho notato che lo stesso IRQ viene assegnato casualmente o alla scheda di rete (integrata nella scheda madre) o alle porte USB.
Riesco a utilizzare la porta ethernet solamente passando a GRUB l'opzione nousb, ottenendo comunque questi errori nel dmesg:
Come posso rimediare?

La scheda madre è questa: http://www.motherboards.org/mobot/mothe ... s/M800LMR/.Inoltre, non so se può c'entrare, se aggiungo un certo banco di memoria l'avvio si blocca con segmentation fault o errori stranissimi al momento dell'avvio di udevd, e nonostante una nottata intera di test della memoria il banco sembra privo di errori...
