zyair g-100 non funziona

Salve a tutti, ho acquistato una zayxel zyair g-100 pr il mio vechio laptop che è garantita compatibile con linux. Dopo varie peripezie ho trovato il firmaware giusto ed adesso è riconosciuta ma non si connette, o meglio, si connette se la rete non è protetta. Ecco l' output di ifconfig
