Problema con scanner Acer

Allora ho installato (me lo ha riconosciuto automaticamente..) il mio scanner acer...
vi posto un lsusb :
e un sane-find-scanner :
Solo che quando avvio kooka o xsane ecco l'errore che mi viene dato:
Come dovrei risolvere???Dovrei modificare qualcosa riguardante il firmware???
