It was in Slacky's repository since 10.2 The problem is that it is useless in most of the cases. Now I can even see another topic about that problem here: http://www.slacky.it/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16261 If you check the page on kde-apps.org you will see just comments about problems. Yes, that's the way, but... Anyway I prefer .tgz's  I may say a stupid thing, but how can a .tgz know where is your web-root, when you can change it from /etc/apache/httpd.conf? PhpMyAdmin is just a compressed file: you have to decompress it in your web-root directory and configure it. Bye, n...

Have you tried to decompress the file in ./htdocs of your apache?
I've never installed it...
I usually decompress the file, downloaded from http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/downloads.php, in /var/www/htdocs!!!
;)

phpMyAdmin package

Hello, Can someone provide a slackware package for phpMyAdmin ? You can find a Debian or Ubuntu package, so I guess it is not so hard to be made. http://www.linuxpackages.net/pkg_details.php?id=10297 Here we have phpMyAdmin for Slackware 11.0 but it is 2.9.0 The last one is 2.9.1 And as you can see....

Your MUST HAVE packages?

I know it is impossible to rebuild all the packages for 11.0 Which ones are the ones you need most? Almost all of the packages I need for example are already rebuilt for 11.0 here on Slacky.it :) There are packages for web, utilities, multimedia... I am just waiting for photo management ones: libgph...

PHP 5.1.6 compile problem :(

Cannot find rfc822.h. Please check your c-client installation.
Any ideas? The distro is Slackware 11.0

I know I have PHP 5.1.6 in /extra

It is just that I need it with mcrypt enabled...

So I have to compile it again... :/

Thanks a lot! Problem solved! I am using slapt-get for upgrading my system. I know that sometimes it drops some of the newly added packages... I don't know why :? Usually with --upgrade option it installs just existing ones and with --dist-upgrade it should install all /even the newly added ones/. W...

Problems with SlackBuild and Current

As a lots of people told me... All these .tgz packages here are built on a clean 10.2 I am using Current /KDE 3.5.4; Kernel 2.6.17.11/ So I am rebuilding some of my favourite packages using the build scripts from Slacky.it Until today I had no problem at all...
