Ho notato che Dolphin freeza un po' se passo il cursore sui file pdf... Konqueror invece non fa una piega.

Problema che ho anche su kubuntu

secondo me per colpa di akonadi non mi funcia un po' di roba. I suoi messaggi di errore:

Non sono un esperto, ma secondo me il problema è che stai usando akonadi come root... hai provato come utente normale??

credo che dovresti lavorare su quest'ultimo errore, hai provato a googlare e vedere se qualcun altro ha avuto lo stesso problema??

se ti consola anche io ho problemi con akonadi, ma appena avvio da utente normale non lo fa più...
ma io continuo imperterrito ad utilizzare come utente principale root..... a me sudo non piace e divermi loggare ogni due minuti da root per avere tutte le opzioni scassa......

per le impostazioni della tastiera devi guardare in "impostazioni di sistema" -> "Lingua e Paese" -> "Mappatura Tastiera".

in realtà opzioni... nessuna, ma per esempio, da console se voglio fare halt... oppure make install.... ifconfig.... sono tutti comandi che non possono essere eseguidi da utenti normali....

ad ogni modo ero poi riuscito ad arrivare alla mappatura della tastiera, e infatti adesso mi funzionano i tasti del volume, ma tutti gli altri tipo "sleep" "wake up" "calcolatrice" etc etc no.
anche se ho impostato la trust mutimedia keyboards... comunque grazie per la risposta.

se tieni aperta una console dove hai fatto su (o una sessione di screen) e' lo stesso: non dovresti usare, ad esempio, programmi come i browser web o i client email (ma anche i desktop environment) da root.

soprattutto se e' roba che ho compilato io (scherzo )

dalle mie parti si dice "omo avvisato, mezzo sarvato"

per gli avventurosi ho aggiornato un tar.bz2 con slackbuild del materiale e istruzioni.

oltretutto, cosa che col 4.1 non mi succedeva, quando provo a compilare (in questo caso un plasmoide che sul 4.1 funzionava)

sia con:

cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=`kde4-config --prefix`

che con:

cmake ..

il risultato e' sempre questo:

ho anche installato automoc-r884498-i486-1mg (non ho idea a cosa serva ma non si sa mai ) ma la situazione non e' cambiata.
Qualcuno ha avuto un problema simile?

scusa, ma cmake per la 12.2 e' in effetti alla 2.6.2 dal 20 di ottobre.
forse allora dovresti aggiornare i pacchetti installati: se ti fosse sfuggito, nel readme (e anche qui sul forum) ho specificato che i pacchetti sono per la 12.2 o current aggiornata a dicembre.
