Utilizza cups wrapper appoggiandosi su lpr (a quanto ho capito).

"A wide range of Brother printers are able to print on a Linux based system

using the LPD service. To learn how to install a driver on a Linux based

system which uses LPR commands, please refer to the following document.

When the driver has been downloaded run the relevant RPM file
from the command prompt:

dpkg -i --force-overwrite xxxx.deb* (for Debian Users)
Fate finta, quindi, che sia una 1250, disinstalla(te) gli rpm tgzzati e seguite queste istruzioniDownload-RPMs from Brother did not work, but using the PPD for the Brother HL-2060 foomatic/hl1250 did work (media source: automatic, media type: plain paper, page size: a4, resolution 300dpi || 600dpi, toner-saving 0 || 25% || 50%)
