Premetto che accedo a kde su slackware 11.0 con kernel 2.4.ecc, non so se sia utile ma prima di farmelo eventualmente chiedere...
Alcuni giorni fa tentavo di navigare sul web con firefox, e ad ogni avvio andava in crash facendo uscire il quality feedback agent, spero di ricordare giusto.
Rimosso mediante swaret e reinstallato il problema persiste, stesso discorso con seamonkey. Opera e Konqueror non danno alcun problema.
Pensando di risolvere (ma dimenticavo di non essere su windows che con un riavvio risolve) ho riavviato kde, due secondi dopo aver cambiato wallpaper al desktop. Al riavvio ecco cosa si presenta davanti ai miei occhi:

Spaventatissimo riavvio il pc e riaccedo, stesso problema. Parlando con un amico mi dice di provare ad accedere con questo comando: startx 2> /root/errori.txt oppure con startx </dev/null 2> /root/errori.txt

Aggiungo che in fase di avvio di slackware compaiono alcune scritte che hanno attirato la mia attenzione, del tipo:xauth: creating new authority file /root/.serverauth.6784
