Se avete problemi con l'installazione e la configurazione di Slackware postate qui. Non usate questo forum per argomenti generali... per quelli usate Gnu/Linux in genere.

Regole del forum
1) Citare sempre la versione di Slackware usata, la versione del Kernel e magari anche la versione della libreria coinvolta. Questi dati aiutano le persone che possono rispondere.
2) Per evitare confusione prego inserire in questo forum solo topic che riguardano appunto Slackware, se l'argomento è generale usate il forum Gnu/Linux in genere.
3) Leggere attentamente le risposte ricevute.
4) Scrivere i messaggi con il colore di default, evitare altri colori.
5) Scrivere in Italiano o in Inglese, se possibile grammaticalmente corretto, evitate stili di scrittura poco chiari, quindi nessuna abbreviazione tipo telegramma o scrittura stile SMS o CHAT.
6) Appena registrati è consigliato presentarsi nel forum dedicato.

La non osservanza delle regole porta a provvedimenti di vari tipo da parte dello staff, in particolare la non osservanza della regola 5 porta alla cancellazione del post e alla segnalazione dell'utente. In caso di recidività l'utente rischia il ban temporaneo.

Ho installato il pacchetto swaret e provato ad aggiornarlo ma nn si aggiorna

1) search.
2) slackware for dummies.
3) man swaret;
4) swaret non si aggiorna tramite swaret, ma manualmente.

scarichi la definizione dei pacchetti, mentre con

swaret -upgrade
aggiorni tutta la distro alla 10.2

Personalmente uso solo 2 repository per la current e mi trovo benissimo

ROOT=http://www.slacky.it/download
ROOT=ftp://elektroni.phys.tut.fi/slackware-current/

e naturalmente i corrispettivi:

REPOS_ROOT=Slacky.it%http://www.slacky.it/download
REPOS_ROOT=Elektroni.fi%ftp://elektroni.phys.tut.fi/slackware-current/

Iniziamo da capo.

Apri una console come root
dai il comando route
l'ultima riga (il gateway predefinito) è relativo a eth0 (valore di Iface)?

Se si passiamo oltre.

Prova ad abilitare il proxy, configurando queste righe.

Ho provato ma niente

ho disabilitato anche il firewall del router ma niente.

Ho notato che quando avvio swaret --update si muovr la luce del firewall ma poi si ferma

Hai provato a fare un wget di un file a caso da una delle repository?
